Valentine and Jesus did an amazing job with the utmost class. I had what I thought was a pretty straightforward job planned - going from a 3 BR house to a 2 BR house with only 2 stairs at each location. But I also had 2 pieces of heirloom furniture that I was very concerned about. I did my own packing, but somehow had managed to leave a half dozen pieces of heirloom China loose in one of the treasured cabinets.
When the crew started moving the piece, which I had taped shut to protect it, they heard strange rattling. When we arrived at the new house I heard the strange sound as they carefully set the piece inside. The sound was the China pieces colliding with each other, but Valentine and Jesus were so careful that all of the China was unscathed. I will definitely use them again!

I had all of my questions answered up front.
The team reached out when they were on the way and showed up when they said they would.
Jorge, Jair, and Duberli were great to work with! They worked so well it seemed like they had worked together for years. They were able to anticipate the needs of each other and prepared the next piece of furniture while the others were busy.

Pablo(lead crew), Brian, Gordon, Donald & Costell were all excellent. Local move. They packed and moved our 2-person 2,000 sq ft condo (downtown area, upper level with shared elevator) to a 3,000 sq ft (2-level) single family home. Owner had pre-packed some boxes & the remainder was packed by ECO in 6-hours on Day 1 (3 guys) & the next day 9-1/2 hour & unloading & set-up (4 guys). Many heavy pieces needing protection & all arrived well. Crew was pleasant, experienced, organized & hard working. They did a great job disassembling and reassembling wood tables, wood bed frames, & sectional recliner couches. They were responsive to our requests and needs. Before leaving they made sure everything was where we wanted it. They took great care with the floors & walls and followed the move out condo regulations. Careful driving in some tight parking areas. Used a combination of cardboard boxes and green plastic reusable bins, which are an environmental plus. Plenty of moving blankets were used for padding & protection. Trucks were clean and in great condition. I would highly recommend Eco Movers.

This is my third time using Eco Movers, and as usual, they made my move so much easier! Emmanuel and Luis were on top of it, and even fixed my bed frame that had been broken in a previous move (by a different company)— nobody has been able to fix it until now, and it was completely unexpected.
I can’t recommend Eco Movers enough, and will continue to use them if I have to move.

Eco Movers have been our go-to moving company for our last two moves, and they’ve been outstanding each time. They take extra care to wrap and protect every piece of furniture, and they also do a great job protecting your floors throughout the move. Their crew (Jose, Juan and Nathan) was professional, focused, and efficient, making what is a stressful day go smoother. The movers who helped our family were great! Cared for all our items and took the time to ask where I’d like the boxes to go once we were at the final destination. My only gripe if any would be that there seemed to be a lack of communication with the call center and the actual packers/movers. Whatever was discussed about the move wasn’t relayed in detail to the actual people doing the moving.. I felt bad that there was more work anticipated by the movers because they didn’t have much info from what I discussed with the call center. But other than that my experience with the movers themselves was top notch!! They made this stressful situation a breeze! Thank you to the movers who helped me today!!! 🙂

I should have taken pictures because these men truly saved the day. There was a miscommunication while I was booking and they were prepared to only take a few pieces of large furniture. I had a 4 bedroom home packed to the brim with stuff. We looked at each other for a moment and he didn’t miss a beat or seem annoyed at all. Actually, he smiled and said he would find more help. Sure enough, 4 more people who were equally as friendly showed up. I wasn’t organized, a lot of stuff was still dirty, from my perspective everything was a mess. Not to them, their attitudes took so much stress off me and even made it fun. I lived on a tiny street in Queen Anne, it was a miracle they were able to load at all. Then my new house is on a small one way street with a steep incline. My husband and I were in awe watching them position the truck. What was scheduled to be 4 hour light work turned into an all day affair with a pizza party. The main guy, I think his name is Luis, even wanted to meet my cat, he was so nice. Planning to make new friends here just to refer this moving company 😂.

Eddie and Cesar did a great job doing what some might think a somewhat trivial move. We had a large, 85” expensive Samsung TV that needed to be moved from our basement to a 2nd floor room. I didn’t want to take the risk of moving it myself with a friend (maybe when I was younger?). The TV, with stand, weighs in at about 125 lbs. To protect it, the guys wrapped it securely with blankets. They then carried it up two flights of stairs and successfully into the upstairs room. Simple move on paper but it would have been easy to damage the TV in a move like this. Great job guys!
