It’s current name is derived from “Tahoma”, which is the name of Mt. Rainier in the Puget Salish dialect.

Another great moving experience with EcoMovers as a returning customer (my fourth time). Julio and all the crew were professional, efficient, friendly, hard-working, polite, had all the materials we needed and were very careful with all our items and the unit we were leaving and moving into. Ended up being a long day and they all kept going until almost 11pm. I already addressed my one point of feedback to their office that my move was a bit under-estimated and should have had a larger truck and more people from the start: although that was rectified within a few hours of starting the move with another truck and more folks added. Great guys. Hard working. Tough house - we live in a four story townhome with stairs but Francisco, Eligio, and Luis Carvajal tackled the job like pros and even taught us a few packing tips. They were very strong…lifted a 400 pound marble table with only two guys. Really appreciated and would recommend.

Movers Fidel and Tony were great, I had somewhat of a challenging move to clear a storage unit . Part of the unit went to donation and the other half got packed in a truck to move long distance.They did a great job of packing the truck and were patient with me making last minute changes.

Fast, efficient, and take the proper steps to protect your home. They were also very accommodating, we ran into an issue with closing being delayed several hours. They offered to hold our belongings in the truck overnight in their warehouse. Fast forward a few hours, closing happened abruptly and they quickly adapted and made the move same day rather than having to store our belongings over night. 5/5 would definitely use them again.
