Great experience overall with EcoMovers. From the initial reach out, they were quick to respond, always professional. They helped guide the estimate process by doing a video walk through of the home to be moved. The estimate provided was only ~$200 more than what I actually paid; incredibly accurate and erred in the right direction. I was always able to access my estimate via the customer portal. The day of the move, I received a call from the driver with an accurate ETA. Upon arrival, they did a walkthrough of the home, and then very quickly began laying down protective coverings for the floors/carpets. Then the crew of 4 got to work. They moved quickly, but not rushed. They wrapped and packed up big furniture pieces with care. And quickly worked on getting all the bulky/awkward pieces into the truck, followed by all the boxes. Throughout the process they would seek guidance on where things would go in the new home.
After an efficient pack, they left for the drive to Portland. The following day, I also received a call with an accurate ETA, and a crew of 3 was onsite to start unloading. Friendly, professional, and took good care of all the belongings. Not a single piece was damaged, no wall dings or damage. An extremely smooth move. Highly recommend EcoMovers, for professional, well priced and efficient moving!

Kudos to Anthony, William, and A'Ziah for their outstanding job in helping unload our 26 footer truck. I had been concerned after a separate company helped us load the truck just a day prior without much care or protection for our belongings, but the above workers from Eco Movers handled our items with grace. I really appreciate seeing them work as a team to make sure the walls of our new house were not bumped into and the property being unloaded was not damaged. They were moving large items through tight places and calling out to each other when their limbs were getting close to objects on the wall, such as the thermostat. We had a big move from Sammamish to Sequim. Our move ended up being three days. The first day they packed up our 3200 square-foot house. It was a lot of work and the crew was amazing. The team leader, Cha, was spectacular! Professional, friendly, accommodating and had excellent communication. He was with me all three days. I appreciated having the same point person every day. Other team members included Jesse, Lex, Catalino, Alfer, Lucas and Jesus. The team did a wonderful job packing up my house and handling everything with care. Day two was move out and it was a long day. They were always professional, cheerful and never complained and they were working hard! Day three was unload day and it was terrific. They put all my furniture back together and moved things to different rooms. They were even accommodating when I changed my mind and had them move things to different rooms. We were very happy with their services. A job well done!
