Positives: crew had great communication, crew worked extremely hard and quickly, crew listened to my wishes and followed them closely, crew were careful with my belongings, crew were timely, rates and billing was accurate and fair (except drivers should carry change if you’re expecting cash payments).

Negatives: overestimation of hours needed. It is better to overestimate than underestimate however you are probably losing business because if you give a 9 hour quote as you did for my job (my job took 4 hours) and I get a quote somewhere else for 5 hours, it is going to appear that you’re going to complete the job slowly and I’ll go with the other company. The truth is you do the job quickly and you do it well, so sell that to the customers. Overestimate by 1-2 hours not 4-5 and business will be booming!

We just moved our entire 4-bedroom house with ECO Movers and they were phenomenal from the first call to the last box unloaded. Cha, Joe, and Catalino were the three absolute rock stars who showed up for us, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
These guys were on time, super organized, and finished the entire move in exactly the time they quoted, not a minute over. I was stunned. Every piece of furniture, every fragile item, every box was handled with genuine care and respect. They wrapped, padded, and protected everything like it was their own. Not one scratch, not one broken item, and they even took the time to make sure our electronics and artwork were extra secure.
Beyond being incredibly careful and efficient, they were just genuinely friendly, kind, and caring the whole day. They kept everything light and positive, answered all our questions, and went out of their way to make a stressful day actually enjoyable. You could tell they truly take pride in their work.

Netzer, Lexi, Lucas, Kevin, and James did an excellent job moving my wife and me from a three story townhouse to a two story home. Im retired and beyond the time of moving on my own! Eco-movers really came through and help save my move last minute. I had reached out to a couple of other local moving companies but they were the first to respond and with the utmost kindness. Their team was super responsive and answered all of my inquiries. A big shoutout also to my movers Nathan and Jaime, they were very respectful of the items being moved. Their professional and patience with navigating small Seattle streets and parking was also very appreciate. Eco Movers will be my preferred choice the next time I move in Seattle.

Today three of their movers moved us and the experience could not have been smoother. They were all friendly and helpful. They arrived on time and finished earlier than expected.

We had put labels on boxes and furniture, but we missed labeling a few pieces of furniture, and so they asked which floor and room to take it to which was so much better than just guessing.

They worked constantly (except for a short water/lunch break) carrying and wheeling our furniture down the sidewalk to the basement door or up the stairs to the second and third floors.

I will definitely work with them when we move In the future.

I had a great experience with EcoMovers, especially with Luis and Carlos. They were a great help with moving my things, and were fun to work with. I had several large and heavy items, and they got them down stairs with no issues. Very professional and efficient!
