Day of, office called to confirm our appointment informing me their lead would be calling shortly to provide a more accurate ETA. The team of 3 - Francisco, Eligio, Jalen - showed up PUNCTUAL, did a walkthrough and discussed our plans prior to starting the move. They were also very flexible and willing to pack my remaining things, which would theoretically add more time, but they were able to get everything done within the allotted planned time (impressive). They frequently checked in to ensure the correct items were coming with us; and asked to do a final walkthrough before we headed to destination B.

They frequently asked which rooms I'd like to have my items to be moved into the new home; grateful they built my bedframe! Overall, the move was done quick, efficient AND very gentle-y. Not a single scratch on my items. Can't beat their affordable rates too (called around for quotes from 5 other places). These guys were hilarious and had fun personalities! This was a fantastic experience. My husband and I both had injuries and couldn't lift anything. We had a cabinet that needed to get from our garage to our bathroom. They sent two big strong young men the next day. They finished with the cabinet in 15 minutes. We had an hour minimum charge so they they asked if they could do anything else for the rest of the hour. They moved all of the tile boxes and the new toilet into the bathroom as well. They were so helpful and polite and careful with our things. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't say it enough.

I had a great experience with EcoMovers! Julio and Daniel called when they were leaving their warehouse and came exactly at the start of the moving window and quickly loaded all of my stuff onto their truck. They disassembled and reassembled my bed and brought everything into my new apartment for me. I would highly recommend!
