TL;DR great customer service and the folks are genuinely helpful. Great at updating me at every step of the way and very committed to sticking to the dates/times we talked to over the phone. Shout out to Devin, Lesly, and the movers/drivers for the positive experience!

They are very good at providing estimates, telling you how the process will go, etc. On the day of the move the guys came and were very detailed and told us how they had to pack our stuff (no loose bags, etc.) Which I had no issues with. They catalogued everything and handed me a carbon-copy of the final list of things all itemized which I loved. I do think it took a bit too long to pack (~4 hrs for a 1BR/1Ba) but that's just a minor nit. On delivery day they were equally as good at bringing stuff in and being careful with furniture. All said and done it did come out to something like ~$4k (~3300 lbs of stuff between Seattle to SoCal) but I felt like I got my money's worth + peace of mind since it let me roadtrip down the coast without worries. Would def recommend to anybody, especially if your job pays for relocation!

The 4 gentlemen who moved us were excellent - the best movers we have had. Professional, great attitudes, and funny which made the move so much easier! They were incredibly efficient and hard working. Would hire and recommend any of these 4 men any time. They deserve raises and promotions.

However, the administration leading up to the move needs improvement. There are so many emails and texts that critical
information can get lost. I received multiple estimates, which was confusing and I wasn’t sure which was accurate. They should come to the house - or have the customer make a video - to provide an accurate estimate rather than having the customer guess and provide the info on line. I was informed the night before my move that the cost was 2.4X higher than the original estimate - that is information that should be given well ahead of the move. They reduced the cost due to this last minute info, which we appreciated. And the professionalism of the movers made up for the less than stellar business practices prepping for the move.

Francisco and Felix did a really great job. I only had a few items but each of those items was a specific kind of nightmare (heavy antique furniture, oversized couch, etc). I really appreciated their help and they went above and beyond to get it all where it needed to go. I have a picture but being as I was frazzled and they had spent a half hour getting my couch through my balcony door, I'll do us all a favor and keep it to myself lol.

Update: Used them again two years later. Luis and Francisco were wonderful! Still recommend.
