Eco Movers has been growing, and with that growth come a few important updates, including a new parent organization and some leadership changes that mark the start of a brand-new chapter for our team.
Introducing Virtual Corporate
Eco Movers has come a long way over the years, and we’re looking ahead to the next stage of the company. Part of that vision includes bringing in and supporting other moving companies within the Eco Movers network.
To help make that possible, Virtual Corporate was formed as the parent company above Eco Movers. It will oversee the integration of these companies, ensuring they follow the systems and processes Eco Movers has built over the years so they can operate efficiently from the start.
It’s still early days, and we’ll be sharing more details as things continue to take shape. We’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
A New Look for Our Leadership Team
With this next stage for the company also come a few changes to our leadership team.
Grant Korzetz, founder of Eco Movers, will be stepping down as CEO and joining the Board of Directors of the newly formed Virtual Corporate. After more than 16 years building and leading the company, Grant will continue helping guide its future at the board level.
With this transition, Gavin Bussell will lead Eco Movers as the company’s new CEO, while Ryan Throop steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
We’re also happy to share that Steve Mullen has been promoted to Director of Commercial Services, helping lead the continued growth of Eco Movers’ commercial moving division.
